Jim Lynch, President – Over 25 years in the residential construction business from building to material supply. During the course of those 25 years, 10 were spent in a corporate structure creating the opportunity for career advancement all the way to store management. Starting this company with a couple of fellow like minded business associates was a natural and easy step. In addition to being an active member of the community, Jim is an associate member of the GAHI and pursuing full certification in home inspections.
Susan Zumbado, Vice President of Operations– Over 20 years in corporate management and operations. Her specialty is creating systems and processes to streamline operations and create the ultimate customer service standards. Susan graduated college from James Madison University in Virginia with a degree in business management. In addition, she has taken advanced education courses in real estate and owns investment property. Susan is a member of GAREIA and is a registered real estate appraiser.
